Dharma Constellations

You are already whole

Reiki came into my life as another layer of the same journey. It is not about becoming someone new — it is about remembering the wisdom, healing and light that already exist within you.

What I offer

Receiving Reiki

Reiki sessions

A quiet, unhurried session. You remain fully clothed and comfortable; my role is to hold a steady, attentive space rather than to do something to you. Most people describe it as deeply restful. Some notice a great deal, some notice very little, and both are fine.

Distance Reiki

Reiki offered while we are in different places. You settle somewhere comfortable at the agreed time, and we speak afterward about anything that came up. If you are not near Dartmouth, or simply prefer to receive Reiki at home, this is the way in.

How I hold a session

For me, Reiki was first and foremost a personal practice. Before I ever considered sharing it with others, I learned to place my hands on my own body with compassion, presence and intention. Through self-treatment, I discovered that Reiki is not simply about healing others — it is also about nurturing our relationship with ourselves.

I eventually became a Reiki Master Teacher, and over time I've become increasingly interested in not only offering Reiki but mentoring others as they learn to embody and trust it.

You do not need any experience with energy work, and you do not need to arrive believing anything in particular. You are not broken. You do not need fixing.

The Founding Circle

Dharma Reiki Mentorship

My own Reiki training was not completed over a single weekend. I learned within a small group who met regularly over several months to study, practise and support one another — and the time between lessons is what let the teachings become part of daily life. That experience shaped everything about how I want to teach.

  1. November 2026

    The circle begins

Six students, in the Usui Shinpiden tradition. This is not a weekend certification — it is a slower, more intentional path.

  2. November – February

    Monthly gatherings

We meet once a month at my home in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, or by Zoom when that works better. Hands-on practice every time, with the space between gatherings left deliberately open for reflection and integration.

  3. March

    Attunements & certification

Master and Master Teacher attunements and certification, for those who are ready. Readiness is the condition, not the calendar.

What's included

  • Usui Shinpiden Level I through Master Teacher
  • Energy awareness, grounding, chakra work, meditation and embodiment
  • Hands-on practice at every gathering
  • My own mentorship manual, written for this circle
